Returns:

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us at care@oriodecommodities.com prior to returning items in order to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). This number must be included on a note inside your return. Returns received without an RMA number cannot be processed for replacement or refunds.
