Shipping Charges

Orders over $5000 are shipped free of charge.

For orders below these values, there is a shipping charge of between $50 and $200 for orders depending on shipping location.

Some particularly heavy items like horn mugs may be subject to an additional shipping fee. This will be calculated at checkout.

oriode.store ships to customers worldwide. The majority of our products are shipped directly from our West African warehouses. Printed products such as mugs and clothing are printed to order and shipped directly to you by our production partners so orders for multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. Please also allow extra time for printed products to be prepared.

Domestic Orders

Orders typically arrive to customers worldwide within a few days of dispatch.

We rely on DHL for Express deliveries and do our best to ensure that your items arrive within 5-7 days max.

International Orders

International orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks of dispatch depending on your location.

International Taxes & Import Duty

Most international orders pass through customs smoothly but sometimes parcels may be delayed for few days due to security checks.

If your country requires you to pay customs or import duty and you elect not to pay this, your order will be returned to us by your local postal service. In this event we will refund you the full cost of the item less the standard international shipping charge for your region once your order arrives back with us.
